• All opening orders C.O.D. or pre-paid until credit is approved.
• Net 30 terms on approval. 1½% per month may be added to all late accounts.
• All orders F.O.B. Agoura Hills, California.
• MINIMUM order $150.00.
• All orders shipped via FedEx ground or UPS ground unless otherwise requested.
• No damage claims allowed after 5 days from receipt of goods.
• We are relieved of all responsibility when the merchandise has left our warehouse.
• Freight claims must be filed with carrier. We are relieved of all responsibility when the merchandise has left our warehouse.
• RETURNS will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number (RA).
• ALL RETURNS MUST BE SALEABLE AND UNMARKED.
• A 25% restocking charge may apply on returned goods.
• We reserve the right to adjust prices without advance notice.
• All imprinted items are subject to a 5% overrun or underrun.
• Camera-ready artwork is best. Additional charges may apply to other forms of artwork.
• Production time for imprinted products is 7-15 working days depending on product and time of year.
